The Basics: SoHotel email this page
Not your typical trendy SoHo hotel, the Sohotel is located along Broome Street in Little Italy, within easy walking distance of both the East and West Village. Even though the entrance is a bit run down, the inside is newer with rooms that are surprisingly large. All rooms are private; guests can choose between singles (available with twin or double beds) and four-bed privates. Each room has its own bathroom. The hotel has 24-hour security with a safe deposit box behind the front desk. The building is a three-floor walk-up with no elevator, but the staff helps you with your luggage!
Note: This property is recommended based on location, price and user ratings. EuropeanHostels.com did not charge this property to be listed.

About the SoHotel neighborhood
The Lower East Side is arguably Manhattan’s most hipster-friendly corner. Though originally home to many of the city’s poor immigrants, the area is now trendier (and more expensive) by the day. Chinatown is to the south, while the East Village is to the north.
