Situated in the Old Center of Amsterdam, close to the famous Rijksmuseum and within walking distance of Vondelpark, the Flying Pig Uptown offers both dorms and private rooms for less.

Dorms can fit between two and 16 guests. Bunks are either twin- or queen-size and almost all rooms have their own toilet and shower en suite. Free breakfast, linens and Internet access are included in the cost of a night here. If you book a private room, expect a TV and mini-fridge.

There’s no curfew, but you must between 18-40 to stay here. An on-site bar hosts regularly scheduled theme nights. Luggage storage is provided.

About the Flying Pig Uptown neighborhood

The Museumplein is a residential area crowded with 19th-century buildings and lots of museums, including the famous Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum, and the Stedelijk Museum. The hood's other big attraction is the Vondelpark, famous for its status as a wild, drug-friendly hangout in the 70s. Today, the area is decidedly more upscale, with lots of expensive stores lining the streets.
