Located a few blocks north of the Termini train station in central Rome, the Funny Palace Hostel has a funny way of welcoming guests. You check-in via a kiosk in a busy laundromat before getting your room key. And while you’re there, you’re given a discount on laundry services! But seriously, folks, there’s nothing funny about spacious, clean rooms for less—and with lots of on-site extras too.

A few double rooms at the Funny Palace offer private facilities. All other spaces are shared doubles or dorms, sleeping up to four guests. Linens, towels and breakfast are all included in the nightly rate. There’s also luggage storage on offer.

As we mentioned before, you don’t have far to go if you need to wash some clothes (um, the lobby?). Reception is open 24-hours. Please note that payment is in cash only.
