The location is very good because there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel where 4 buses pass and leave you in the center of Florence in a matter of 1 - 2 minutes, and all of them leave you in the train station in 5 minutes.
Super friendly hosts, help you in whatever they can. They provide you with a map and will mark you where you are and where you want to go in it. Breakfast is included, room service too, luggage storage for before check-in and after check-out.
I would definitely stay here again in my next visit! wouldn't lose time looking for somewhere else.
