"Good location... management & facility needs work"

Making phone contact was very difficult. Only 1 staff member speaks English and is not always there or available. Hostel is a 6th floor walkup over and next to Bar Bukowski which creates a vibrating bass ambiance not for everyone. Also there seems to be a chimney leak in the dorm that brings the bar smoke directly into your sleeping quarters. Otherwise... good breakfast and interesting guests.
