Is it true that in Seville, just asking for a drink, i can get an small amount of food for free? Is it "tapas'?
If so, where should i go to? where are the best places to look for? -

You get no food for free with a drink in Sevilla, however it is sometimes customary in Grenada. however a great place to check out is cien montaditos on Constitucion, Sevilla's main street city -

Maybe if you're looking for some free peanuts or something you'll get them with a drink, but don't expect a full plate of paella! -
